Music Philosophy

I believe that in this modern Christian music landscape there are two types of songs: personal and corporate. In my discography you will find both. I hope both will encourage you, but they serve different purposes. The personal stories are a bit more abstract in its lyrical content and is not meant to be sung in a large group. I still hope that it can be an encouragement as you drive, spend time in the Word, or as you rest. For corporate worship, my intention and heart is that it will be a tool for you and your community. Take it. Adapt it. Use it to strengthen your church.

Edmund EP

July 11, 2019

‘You have a traitor there, Aslan,’ said the Witch. Of course everyone present knew that she meant Edmund. But Edmund had got past thinking about himself after all he’d been through and after the talk he’d had that morning. He just went on looking at Aslan. It didn’t seem to matter what the Witch said.
— C.S. Lewis, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe

Edmund is an EP about dealing with shame, guilt, unworthiness and the power of Christ to forgive, to love, and to cover. I pray that this EP will encourage you.
